I was unfortunately hit by a rock on my windshield from a dumptruck on my way home from work. What looked like a small dent before I retired for the evening turned out into a huge spiderweb crack when I woke in the morning ready to head back to the office. I called around to a few places I found online but all needed an appointment.

As my job requires trips in and out of the office during the day this was not an option.
Luckily I found Excellence Auto Glass. My call was answered at 8:14 am and the owner informed me that he could meet me at my workplace and have the job completed within an hour. I gave George the make and model of my car and he was actually waiting for me at my place of work when I arrived 50 minutes later. I left him with the keys and sure enough by 10:00am George walked in my office informing me my car was ready. I walked out with him thanking him and was surprised to see the quality of windshield he installed. It was far superior to the manufacturers one and the installation was flawless.

Thank you Excellence Auto Glass. You definately provide superior service and products that won't take up valuable time waiting around a repair shop.

Excellence Auto Glass gave me a good quote after calling around to 6 other places. I wanted a better window with the blue tint and your price was the lowest. He came right to my house on a Saturday and had my minivan ready in about an hour. I didn't have to wait in a garage and could enjoy my weekend. He was very professional and nice to talk to. I knew I was talking to a professional.

Having 2 kids kids that play hockey in the driveway can be great for them but not for your Minivans. My windshield was cracked from a highstick on a Sunday night after dinner. I called around but nobody was even open. I found Excellence Auto Glass on Google and called them. I was not expecting a call back until the next day. 15 minutes later George called me back. He quoted me a fair price and said he could be over in an hour with a replacement windshield.

Sure enough he was in my driveway at 7pm and had the job completed by 8. At least I didn't have to waste my time sitting in an Auto Glass Repair Shop monday morning and miss hours from work.

What a great service. I have since had Excellence Auto Glass perform replacement on neighbours and friends vehicles all with the same professional service and quality.

My car was vandalized overnight by kids tossing rocks around in our subdivision. I awoke the next day to many other cars suffering the same fate. As a stay home mom with a newborn I didn't want to drive with a smashed window to a repair shop. I found Excellence Auto Glass online and my call was answered right away. I was quoted a geat price and was told not to worry that he would be there in an hour.

Sure enough by 9:30 am they arrived in my driveway. Within an hour the old glass was out and the new one in. I could now run my errands with my little one and had the most important safety feature of my car replaced with a top of the line replacement version.

I'm just dropping you this quick email to thank you for the quality work you performed on my family minivan. I called around to a few other places as you know and was offered two prices. One for the original manufacturer glass and one for a cheap Chinese replacement. I take my families safety very seriously and was appalled when I further researched the inferior quality of the imported Asian replacements. The last thing I want is a something to happen with a van full of kids.

Thank you for installing the proper windshield from the manufacturer. You were the only one who advised me to stay away from these cheap imported knock offs. Änd a huge thank you for coming on a weekend and doing it early morning before my day got underway.
